The first exercise is the back extension. This is a very easy one. You simply start off lying face down on the floor with both your hands at the side. You simply create a comfortable back arch while raising your head and upper back off the floor. The second exercise involves the arms and the legs. Simply lie face down on an exercise mat and outstretch your hands in a V shape over your head. At the same time both legs should be stretched out in a slight V shape.
